Web 2.0 has become a place for people with too much time and too few ideas…the flawed assumption is that if more people are involved in doing something it becomes ‘important’. When we were at high school this was called ‘mob rule’, now its called ‘social networking’.

                 right, of course, if that assumption were to be true or realized it would undermine the premise of oligarchical directions. besides, if there are more people doing something, that means theyll need more people telling them its important not because theyre doing it; but rather because the mob’s sense of indignation is no match for the armchairs’ reasoned and thoughtful analysis that has endorsed it. hail to the elite: praise the things they tell us to do.
